Pashko and Gjysta Nuculaj co-founded mijo-a’ in January
2007. Gjysta has been in the beauty industry since
1996. Her passion for this line of work shows through
in the attention to detail she gives to each client.
She is charming, classy and her flair to enhance and
create exquisiteness makes her a one of a kind go to
beauty expert. Her insight and distinguished touch has
given her an array of career opportunities and
recognition. She has had phenomenal experience of
working within various settings and with that, a diverse
group of people including local clientele, brides,
models, celebrities, political figures. Her work has
been featured in national and local magazines, TV news
media, billboard ads and fashion shows.

The mijo-a’ (my-joe-ah) trademark was inspired by a
combination of their three son’s names: Joseph, Michael
and Angelo. The modest space provides guests with the
ultimate one-on-one experience. It is a quaint place
with a warm atmosphere pleasant to the senses. At mijo-a’
